Ways of working
Three ways of working together
Whether you want to hand over a project, secure a decision or reinforce your teams, the way we work changes — and so does what we commit to.
01
Fixed-price project
We take on a project or a complete scope, with a commitment on the outcome.
- Framing
- Understanding the business need, functional trade-offs, scope, budget and roadmap.
- Design
- Architecture, data model, API contracts, user journeys and technical choices we can justify.
- Development
- Iterative delivery, with regular releases you can see and try out.
- Acceptance testing
- Validation with your users, fixes, load and security testing where it matters.
- Deployment
- Go-live, migration of existing data, cutover and rollback plan.
- Support
- Corrective and evolutive maintenance, knowledge transfer and operating documentation.
This suits a scope that can be defined, when you want to hand over responsibility for delivery.
02
Consulting & expertise
A short, focused engagement, when a structural decision has to be made, a project needs an outside view, or your teams need to get up to speed on a platform.
- Architecture
- Study of possible paths, choice of technical foundations, review of an existing architecture.
- Scoping
- Turning a vague need into a scope that can be delivered, costed and prioritised.
- Audit
- Analysis of an application, an infrastructure or an integration setup, with a prioritised action plan.
- Technical expertise
- Targeted support on a specific subject: performance, application security, migration, technical debt.
- Training & knowledge transfer
- Getting your teams comfortable with a platform — Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration, governance, Cloud foundations: workshops, hands-on work on your own cases, and documentation that stays with you.
This suits teams who own the project but need a reasoned opinion before committing, or want to become self-sufficient on a subject.
03
Team reinforcement
Experienced people embedded in your teams, for as long as needed.
- Developers
- Back-end, front-end or full-stack, on the technologies we actually practise.
- Project managers
- Leading delivery, coordinating contributors, managing risk.
- Architects
- Design and technical trade-offs from inside your teams.
- Technical specialists
- Cloud, integration, Microsoft 365: one precise skill, for as long as it is needed.
This suits situations where you lead the project and are missing a skill or some capacity.
Not sure which one fits your situation? That is exactly the kind of question we work through in a first conversation.
